Using the Roadmap

How do I navigate the roadmap?

You can navigate the roadmap by clicking on any node to see detailed information. Use the zoom controls in the bottom-right corner to zoom in and out, and click and drag to pan around the roadmap.

How do I track my progress?

Currently, progress tracking is done manually. We recommend bookmarking nodes you've completed or taking notes. Future updates will include built-in progress tracking features.

Can I customize the roadmap?

At the moment, the roadmap is not customizable. However, you can focus on specific paths by using the filtering options in the sidebar to show/hide different technology categories.

Learning Path Questions

What's the best order to learn these technologies?

The roadmap is designed to show logical progression from fundamentals to advanced topics. Start with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics before moving to frameworks. The connections between nodes indicate recommended learning order.

How long does it take to become a web developer?

This varies based on your background and time commitment. With consistent study (15-20 hours per week), many people gain entry-level skills in 6-12 months. Becoming proficient typically takes 1-2 years of practice and real project experience.

Should I learn multiple frameworks?

It's better to master one framework deeply rather than learning many superficially. Start with React, Vue, or Angular based on job market demand in your area. Once proficient in one, learning others becomes easier as concepts transfer between frameworks.
